Private Varnish to the Henry Ford and Frankenmuth, MI

Ride Private Varnish to SE Michigan for a fun-filled weekend. You’ll enjoy meals enroute and dinner Friday night at SE Michigan’s best German Restaurant followed by the Christmas Walk at Greenfield Village with horse drawn wagons, Model T rides, costumed strollers in 1900 apparel, delightful holiday shops, Santa and live reindeer with the day capped off with fireworks.

The next morning after breakfast You’ll travel to turn-of-the century Cross Roads Village and the Huckleberry Railroad with Durango and Silverton type locomotives. You’ll ride in heated cars. Then it is on to Frankenmuth, famed for its fried chicken, cheeses and Frankenmuth beer. We’ll stop at Bronner’s, the world’s largest Christmas store.
We’ll return to Dearborn and after breakfast the next morning we’ll tour the Henry Ford Museum with its enhanced exhibits of automotive history and Americana. We’ll have a fine dinner before returning to our private cars for the trip back to Chicago.
