8:00 AM: Registration, vendor displays, and company store open at hotel. Shuttle service commences between NOUPT and hotel.
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Coffee and tea service at the hotel.
9:00 AM: Associate Members meeting at hotel
9:00 AM: Bus loads at hotel for Garden District walking tour followed by Noon luncheon at Commander's Palace.
9:10 AM: Bus loads at NOUPT for Garden District walking tour followed by Noon luncheon at Commander's Palace.
10:00 AM: Car Owners meeting at hotel
12:00 NOON - 1:00 PM: Break for Lunch. On your own.
1:30 PM: "Ask Amtrak & Via Rail Canada" panel at hotel.
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Mechanical seminar at hotel: "Installation, Modification and Rebuilding of Microphor Toilet Systems" by Eric Wilde.
4:00 PM: Registration, vendor displays, and company store close at hotel.
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Mechanical seminar at hotel: "Planning and Executing the Rebuild of a Private Car" by Robert Willitts.
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: First car party at NOUPT. Cars on tracks 2, 3 and 8 are open for the car party.

8:00 AM: Registration, vendor displays, and company store open at hotel. Shuttle service commences between NOUPT and hotel.
8:50 AM: Last shuttle to chartered streetcar trip departs the hotel.
8:55 AM: Last shuttle to chartered streetcar trip departs NOUPT.
9:00 AM - 12:00 NOON: Chartered streetcar trip on St. Charles streecar line from Lee Circle (about 3 blocks from NOUPT) to carbarn off Carrollton Avenue and return. Tour of New Orleans Regional Transit Authority's carbarn/shop. Tour concludes back at Lee Circle. [Included in your registration fee.]
12:00 NOON - 1:00 PM: Break for lunch. On your own.
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Special Train tour operated by the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad. Enjoy a combination of "rare mileage" and the Huey P. Long Bridge. Special train departs from and returns to NOUPT.
4:00 PM: Registration, vendor displays, and company store close at the hotel.
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Second car party at NOUPT. Cars on tracks 9 and 10 are open for the car party.
10:00 PM: Shuttle service ends between NOUPT and hotel.

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Seminar at the hotel: "Charter Refferal" by Roy Wullich conducted in conjunction with "AAPRCO Web Site" by Eric Child, Jack Deasy, Bill Martin and David Pitts.
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Seminar at the hotel: "Public Relations" by Patrick Henry.
11:00 AM - 12:00 NOON: Seminar at the hotel: "As Good As It Gets" on the topic of fine food and dining by Jim Porterfield.
12:00 NOON - 1:00 PM: Break for Lunch. On your own.
1:00 PM: Annual Meeting at the hotel. Board of Directors meeting follows Annual Meeting.
4:00 PM: Registration, company store and vendor displays close at the hotel.
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Chartered buses provide continuous shuttle service from hotel and NOUPT to steamboat NATCHEZ.
7:30 PM: Chartered steamboat NATCHEZ sails for a Mississippi River dinner cruise. Calliope and Dixieland Band provide entertainment.
10:00 PM: Chartered steamboat NATCHEZ returns to the wharf. Chartered buses depart for hotel and NOUPT.
Sunday, October 5th, 2003
9:00 AM: AAPRCO 2003 Panama Limited special train departs NOUPT for Chicago.
