In the event that there are multiple cities that will be used to get attendees to the convention, prior arrangements would need to be made with JetBlue.  Any city whether: direct, nonstop or, connecting can be used to get to the prearranged destination cities.   Flight dates: Any flight can be chosen as long as it arrives at the destination no more than two days before the start of the convention and departs no more than two days after the end of the convention.   Rules and regulations: Changes: Any changes to an itinerary booked with a promotional code will be subject to a change fee, any applicable increase in airfare, and it will also result in the removal of the discount.   Cancellations: Booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to a cancellation fee.
