Description:
Pullman built for Pennsylvania Railroad in 1914; and in 1957 the car was modernized mechanically. In 1971, the car was sold into private ownership where today the 7503 is called the Francis L Suter. The interior is softer, brighter, and more colorful, suggesting a home of the 1930s and 1940s. Based in Pennsylvania. This refurbished and Amtrak certified 1914 Pullman heavyweight business car railroad car includes a lounge with originally installed working wood burning fire place, bedrooms, dining room, and full kitchen. It may be connected to almost any Amtrak passenger train and travel up to 110 MPH in the U.S. and Canada. Also includes broadcast radio, CD player, and an MP3 player with connection.
